Terms of Service for MindfulEcon.club

Effective Year 2026. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of MindfulEcon.club, a platform offering ethical economic training for leaders.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any feature of MindfulEcon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Services

MindfulEcon offers live interactive sessions, workshops, and seminars designed to foster mindful decision-making and leadership skills. Services include group trainings, one-on-one consultations, and custom workshops. All services are provided subject to availability.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, video recordings of workshops, e-books, and other downloadable materials that support leadership and mindful decision-making practices.

4. Goods

Goods include physical materials such as printed handbooks, workbooks, and branded merchandise.

5. Fees, Payments, and Charges

All fees are stated in your purchase confirmation. Payments are processed via the payment options available at checkout. You agree to pay all fees in full at the time of booking or purchase. MindfulEcon reserves the right to suspend access in the event of non-payment.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services: For one-on-one consultations and live sessions, a full refund is available up to 14 days before the session date. To request a refund, please use our contact form. Refunds are processed within 30 days after approval to the payment account used.

6.2 Information Products: Digital guides, video courses, and downloadable materials may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if not accessed or downloaded. Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment account.

6.3 Goods: Physical items such as books and training materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, please use our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue a refund within 21 days to the payment account used. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

6.4 Non-refundable Services: Personalized coaching sessions scheduled with an expert coach are non-refundable due to the dedicated reservation of time and resources. Please review your schedule carefully before booking, or consider transferring your session as outlined in section 7.

7. Cancellations and Transfers

To cancel or transfer a service or session, notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date via our contact form. Approved transfers may be made to a future date within 6 months and are subject to availability. Information product purchases cannot be transferred. Physical goods cannot be transferred but may be returned as per section 6.3.

8. Changes to Terms

MindfulEcon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
