Mid-level managers, senior executives and emerging leaders across industries who wish to integrate ethical frameworks into organizational strategy are welcome. Prior experience in decision making or team leadership enhances engagement but is not mandatory.
The core program spans six weeks with two half-day sessions per week, complemented by guided self-study modules. An optional one-day immersive retreat is offered in week seven.
